HIPAA

The UNT University Integrity & Compliance office is collecting information to adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  UNT is a HIPAA hybrid entity and is required to designate its healthcare components and to ensure compliance by those components with HIPAA rules.
